Our preferred method is that we accept files up to 20GB via We Transfer at or alternatively you can email us your files via info@scotiavisuals.co.uk or share a file or folder with us at the same address via a cloud based storage website (dropbox, google drive etc.)

This was designed to protect the security and genuineness of your limited edition art works and reproductions on Hahnemuhle paper and to reduce the risk of forgery.

Each certificate is made of premium deckle edge mould-made paper with a Hahnemuhle
watermark and fluorescent security fibres. A serialised number hologram should be added. a second, identically numbered hologram should then be applied to the reverse side of the artwork.

Print ready files are great and it is quicker for us to turn your order if we receive them sized at the dimensions and resolution required. We will do any changes required to the files that are needed to get them to the specifications you give us for output, but this takes longer to turn your order and we may charge you for this if it becomes a lengthy process.

You will normally receive status updates from our order system via email or SMS. If you have a question or query regarding an order then please contact us and we can give you an update.

If you tell us you have had an order in the past that you want to match we can arrange that for you if you let us know when you are placing the order.

If you let us know before we start production of then order then it can be changed free of charge, if we have started your order then there maybe additional charges depending on the stage in production.

We repurpose and reuse as much waste material as we can within our process and we purchase recycled products wherever it is possible.
